How the odds Converter works
All four formats say the same thing: how much you get back for what you stake. Decimal odds are the total return per 1 staked, stake included, so 2.50 returns 2.50 for every 1. Everything else converts through decimal.
American odds: a plus number is the profit on a 100 stake (+150 profits 150), a minus number is the stake needed to profit 100 (−200 risks 200 to profit 100). Decimal = 1 + american / 100 for plus prices, and 1 + 100 / |american| for minus prices. Fractional is the profit over the stake, which is decimal − 1 written as a fraction.
Implied probability is 1 / decimal: the share of the time a bet at that price has to win for you to break even. It includes the bookmaker's margin, which is why the two sides of a market add to more than 100%. The Vig Calculator takes it out.

−110 means risking 110 to win 100. As decimal that is 1.909 (110 + 100 over 110), as a fraction 10/11, and the bet must win 52.38% of the time to break even.
Odds Converter questions
How do I convert American odds to decimal?
For a plus price, divide by 100 and add 1: +150 is 1 + 1.5 = 2.50. For a minus price, divide 100 by the number without its sign and add 1: −200 is 1 + 0.5 = 1.50.
Why is −110 not 50%?
−110 implies 52.38%, not 50%, because you risk 110 to win 100. The extra 2.38 points are the bookmaker's margin on that side; both sides at −110 add to 104.76%.
What is the difference between −100 and +100?
Nothing: both are even money, 2.00 in decimal and 50%. The calculator writes it as +100.
Do fractional odds include the stake?
No. 5/2 means a 5 profit on a 2 stake, so the total return is 7 on 2, which is 3.50 in decimal.
