Assumes the legs are independent. Legs from the same game are positively correlated, so the real chance of all of them hitting can be higher or lower than shown, and a book that offers the combination usually reprices it.

Educational tool. Bandwagon does not take or place wagers. Results are arithmetic on the numbers you enter, not advice.

How the parlay Calculator works

A parlay multiplies the decimal odds of every leg, so the payout is stake × d1 × d2 × … and the profit is that minus the stake. Every leg has to win; one loss and the whole ticket loses.

The chance of the whole parlay is the product of the legs' chances. Two figures are shown: the chance the prices imply (the product of 1 / d), and a fair chance that first removes an assumed hold from each leg, since each leg's implied probability includes the book's margin and the margin multiplies along with the odds. Change the hold to match your books.

Both figures assume the legs are independent. They are not when legs come from the same game: a team winning and the game going over are positively related, and a book that offers the combination reprices it. The calculator cannot see that, so read the fair chance as a ceiling for unrelated legs, not a prediction.

A 100 stake on three legs at −110, +150 and −120 pays 875.00, +775 combined. The prices say all three win 11.43% of the time; with 4.5% hold stripped from each leg the fair chance is about 10.0%, which is why the expected result is negative.

Parlay Calculator questions

How is a parlay payout calculated?

Multiply the decimal odds of every leg and then multiply by your stake. Three legs at 1.91, 2.50 and 1.83 pay 8.75 per 1 staked.

How do I add American odds in a parlay?

You do not add them. Convert each to decimal, multiply, and convert back. The calculator does it for any mix of formats.

Why is a parlay a worse bet than the single bets?

The book's margin is paid on every leg and multiplies together. A parlay's total margin is far larger than any single leg's, unless you have an edge on each leg.

What is a correlated parlay?

A parlay whose legs affect each other, such as a team's moneyline and the game total in the same game. Independent math misprices them, and many books refuse or reprice them.

How many legs can I enter?

Twelve. Leave unused legs blank.
