Round Robin Calculator
Enter your picks and parlay size: how many parlays, and what some wins return.
| Picks that win | Average return | Average net |
|---|---|---|
| 2 | $43.61 | −$16.39 |
| 3 | $130.83 | $70.83 |
| 4 | $261.66 | $201.66 |
Averaged over every way that many picks could win, so it is the typical result for that count, not a guess about which ones. A round robin spreads risk; it does not change the price of any leg.

How the round Robin Calculator works
A round robin bets every combination of k picks out of n as its own parlay, C(n, k) of them, with the same stake on each. Four picks by 2s is six two-leg parlays; the total staked is six stakes.
If every pick wins, each parlay pays and the return is the sum of their payouts. If only j picks win, a parlay pays when all of its legs are among the winners. Averaged over every way j winners could occur, a parlay pays with probability C(n − k, j − k) / C(n, j), so the table shows the typical return for each number of winners.
A round robin lowers the chance of losing everything but does not change the price of any leg, so its expected value is just the sum of the parlays' expected values.

Four picks at −110, +120, −130 and +150, by 2s at 10 a parlay: six parlays, 60 staked. If all four win the parlays return 261.66; with only two winners the average return is 43.61, a 16.39 loss.
Round Robin Calculator questions
What is a round robin bet?
A set of parlays covering every combination of a chosen size from a list of picks, so that you can lose some picks and still collect.
How many bets are in a round robin?
C(n, k): 3 picks by 2s is 3, 4 by 2s is 6, 5 by 3s is 10.
Is a round robin better than a parlay?
It is less all-or-nothing, not better in expectation. The margin on each leg still applies.
Why are the returns averages?
The result depends on which picks win, not only how many. The table averages over every possible set.
